Returns
- Freshness Guarantee: We take pride in delivering only the freshest, highest-quality organic produce. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations regarding freshness or quality, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please get in touch with us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund of the affected items.
- Applicability for Return: You have to return the product in its unused original packaging without any damage. Send back the product by using the same outer Fresh Organic Foods packaging materials. You also have to return the product exactly as it was received with the return label attached.
